Our Programs Director, Cindy, has worked in RHS homes as both direct staff and management. Her experience gives her a practical understanding of day-to-day residential needs, staffing, and routine building. She is known for her calm nature and steady leadership, helping maintain a low-stress and supportive environment for residents and staff. Cindy also operated a wedding and catering business for over 20 years and has taught thermal cooking through community and humanitarian efforts. Her focus on routine, meal planning, and life skills helps residents feel comfortable and capable in their daily lives.

Our Director of Client Care, David (DJ), spent 10 years working in hospice in both direct care and administrative roles. He then owned and operated an assisted living facility for another 10 years, caring for individuals experiencing dementia and other challenges affecting the elderly. DJ is known for his compassion, dependability, and calm problem-solving approach. He places strong emphasis on dignity, clear expectations, and consistent support, which helps create stability for residents and confidence for families and teams.
Our Director of Operations, Kelly, has over 10 years of experience managing finances, billing, and documentation for RHS programs. She is highly organized and detail-oriented, maintaining precise records and dependable communication. Kelly works with integrity and accountability and helps ensure compliance, timely paperwork, and consistent follow-through, making coordination smoother for support teams.

If you don’t see your question here, please reach out. We are happy to walk you through details about daily life, safety, and next steps.
We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need 24/7 residential support but do not require a skilled nursing facility. Many residents attend day programs, work part-time, or participate in community activities with our support.
Because we operate multiple homes, we can sometimes transition residents between locations as openings allow. We work closely with families and support coordinators to determine the best fit based on needs, preferences, and home dynamics.
Families are always welcome for visits, calls, holidays, and care planning. We encourage ongoing involvement and will align on communication preferences so you feel informed and included.
Days are structured but flexible. Residents participate in morning routines, meals, chores, appointments, and community activities or day programs as appropriate. Evenings often include shared meals, games, TV, and time for personal interests.
You can contact us directly or ask your support coordinator to reach out. We will discuss your situation, confirm funding and fit, schedule a tour, and then plan a gradual transition that feels comfortable for your loved one.
Whether you are a family member or a support coordinator, we would love to connect. Tell us a bit about your situation, and we’ll follow up to share availability in Payson and timelines for South Jordan.
